As the veterinary industry grows more corporate, we at Brilliant Veterinary Care think that a public practice better meets the needs of Upper West Side Manhattan patients and clients. Since we have all spent more than 25 years living, working, and/or attending school on the Upper West Side, we all have close ties to the communities we serve as BVC developers.
